What is River Trail Learning Center?

River Trail Learning Center is a full day Special Education Setting Level IV Program for students K-12, administered and staffed by Anoka-Hennepin School District. All students have a disability, have a current Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), and have significant emotional/behavioral needs.

How can my son or daughter enroll at River Trail Learning Center?

Students are referred to River Trail Learning Center by their home school. The decision to move a student to River Trail Learning Center is made by the student's IEP team after behavioral interventions at the home school or center-based program have proven unsuccessful.
