Welcome to my website!

Hello, my name is Lisa Moen and I offer Mental Health Therapy services for the students and families of Mississippi Elementary.  I have worked in Mental Health Services since 2014 and have my masters in Rehabilitation Counseling. I have past experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and have specialties in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and practice Person Centered methods.  

I hope to be a role model for the students, and be there to help them in any situation. I work to help children overcome obstacles, life events, and transitions.  I hope to help children become more comfortable with themselves and with who they are. I aim to strengthen the community by educating others on the topic of mental health and what others can do to help themselves and others.

In my spare time, I enjoy swimming with my children, taking walks, cooking, and kickboxing.
