Metro North Adult Basic Education (ABE) can help adults preparing for the General Education Development (GED) exam. The GED exam is for adults ages 19 or older who want to earn an alternative high school credential. Adults ages 17 and 18 must obtain an age waiver from the state of Minnesota.
