I have been teaching middle school for twelve years, seven in the Anoka-Hennepin school district.  I have taught science, social studies, and all levels of math.  I grew up in Ramsey and graduated from Anoka High School and then graduated from the College of St. Catherine with a degree in Elementary Education.  I went back to St. Kate’s and finished my middle school math endorsement.   My husband and I have three boys, one graduated from St.John’s University in Minnesota, another graduated from Denison University in Ohio.   In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching swimming and gardening.
