All new employees PLEASE READ the following:
All new employees are required to attend an informational orientation/benefits meeting and enroll in insurance within 30 days of your benefit eligible start date. The purpose of our Orientation/Benefit Meetings is to provide a basic orientation, to give detailed information about our insurance/benefits and review our enrollment process. New employees that are NOT benefit eligible need only attend the first portion of the meeting pertaining to orientation. The insurance enrollment process must be complete within 30 calendar days from your official (benefit eligible) start date. Not enrolling in the insurance options within 30 days of eligiblilty forfeits your rights for insurance for the current school/insurance year. Even if you are waiving/declining insurance benefits you must attend/join an orientation/benefits meeting and indicate that on Smartben, our electronic enrollment system.
You have two ways to get the detailed information about your benefit options:
Option one - Join a Google Meets Orientation/Benefits Meeting (approx 1.5 hrs) -

Once you have attended an orientation/benefits meeting and reviewed your paperwork - You MUST enroll in our electronic enrollment system, Smartben, within 30 day of your benefit eligible start date (the sooner the better).
Username: Social Security Number, no dashes (example 123456789)
Password: Eight digit date of birth, no slashes (example 01012000)
