Go to google and sign in with:
username: first(5)_last(5)+last three of library email@example.com
password: originally media center number, then change to:Ad along with media center number followed by an exclamation point (example: Ad12345!)
Go to 9 square box in upper right hand corner and click on drive
click on untitled document and rename
type your document (it saves automatically)
go to "invite People" and type in last name of person
share and save
The person is now able to see document and make changes/respond, etc...
Pretty neat technology made available to all of us!
