403.2 Employment of Immediate Family

EMPLOYMENT OF IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBER

In the event members of the same immediate family are employed by the school district and one of these persons would serve as a direct supervisor of the other, one of them shall be reassigned to a different position at the earliest opportunity. “Immediate family member” means a person’s parent, child, grandparents, grandchildren, siblings, or spouse.
