If parents, a child's daycare provider, preschool teacher, or doctor have concerns about the child's development and/or progress, we are here to help. If the child is at least three years of age and has not yet entered kindergarten, parents are encouraged schedule early childhood screening appointments online or call 763-433-4910 to make an appointment, or contact our evaluation team at 763-433-4822.
