Welcome to Mr. M's website

I hope you are as excited as I am for this school year to begin! This is my first year teaching physical education and health as I have just recently graduated from Bethel University in 2018. I am familiar with the Anoka-Hennepin District as I grew up in Champlin and graduated from Champlin Park High School in 2013.  I played both baseball and football at the high school and collegiate level and served as a captain for both. I am the youngest of three with an older brother (27) and an older sister (30). Currently both of my siblings are expecting children in the next couple months! 

Outside of teaching and sports, I am an avid outdoorsman and enjoy filling my free time with hunting and fishing.  I primarily hunt pheasant out in South Dakota and deer/geese in southern Minnesota. I also enjoy spending time up north with friends, playing rec sports like softball/volleyball/basketball, and spending time with my two puppies Remi (4) and Reo (8 mo). 

I am currently teaching 6th & 8th grade Physical Education at Oakview MS and 6th & 8th grade Health at Northdale MS. I am looking forward to watchiing your kids grow throughout this year in their health and social lives. Lets make this year a great one!
