Welcome to 1KF

My name is Kristin Flemmer, I am a first grade teacher. I am so excited to be teaching here at Brookside Elementary! I have spent my entire teaching career in the Anoka-Hennepin District. I've taught grades K-3 and was also Literacy Specialist. I received my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from the University of MN - Duluth. I then received my Masters in Education and K-12 Reading Licensure from St. Mary's University - Winona.  

I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and 3 young children. Playing anything from hockey and dance to lacrosse and mountain biking.
