• What is River Trail Learning Center at Verndale?

    River Trail Learning Center at Verndale is a full day Special Education Setting Level IV Program for students K-12, administered and staffed by Anoka-Hennepin School District. All students have a disability, have a current Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), and have significant developmental cognitive disabilities (DCD) and autism spectrum disabilities.

     

    How can my son or daughter enroll at River Trail Learning Center at Verndale?

    Students are referred to River Trail Learning Center at Verndale by their home school. The decision to move a student to River Trail Learning Center is made by the student's IEP team after behavioral interventions at the home school or center-based program have proven unsuccessful.
