Description: The Tornado Force Strength, Speed & Conditioning program provides our students with a supervised fitness program that is prudent, productive, practical, purposeful and popular! The purpose of the program is to provide the student/athlete with an opportunity to learn basic training skills/techniques in strength training and cardiovascular conditioning that will allow one to optimize their fullest physical potential. No prior training experience is required, however, a mandatory weightroom orientation training is required of all those wishing to participate.
