Roosevelt Middle School

I am excited to be teaching art to 6th and 8th grade students again this year. This is my 20th year of teaching art at RMS and 33rd year in the district. It continues to be a joy and privilege to watch the creative experience unfold in each student throughout the school year.

Our art department displays student artwork in showcases and in the hallways all year long. We also celebrate our student achievements in art via the Royal Arts & Academic Celebration in May.

Students have art ALL year, every other day. Attendance and accountability is essential to successful learning and work completion.
