Seventh graders will be learning about; communication skills, sewing a pair of shorts using our Janome sewing machines, Child Development, Informed Consumerism and Foods / Nutrition.
The eighth graders will be sewing a sports duffel bag using our sewing machines and personalizing them with the use of an embroidery machine. We will learn about career choices, and will delve deeper into nutrition and food choices using the American Dietary Guidelines and the new "MyPlate.gov" website.
