    Welcome to Ms. Stenberg's 7th Grade US Studies Website

    Hello and Welcome!  My name is Laura Stenberg and I have been teaching 8th grade Geography at Roosevelt Middle School since the fall of 2003.  This year I will be teaching 7th Grade US Studies.  I began teaching in the fall of 1997 in the St. Paul School District at Humboldt Middle school, teaching 7th grade History and 8th grade Geography.  I earned my Bachelor's Degree from St. Cloud State University, and my Masters Degree from St. Mary's University.
     

    I am married and am a Mom of two active teenage girls.   My girls keep me busy with their activities, which include soccer, music, dance and Girl Scouts.  Outside of their activities, I enjoy cooking, sewing, scrapbooking, reading, and going on walks.  As a family we love to travel, and take yearly summer vacations.  We also enjoy going camping in the summer and fall.
