Mrs. Ringwelski's 4th and 5th grade math/science classroom
Hello! I am so excited to be here at Hamilton again this school year. I will be returning from my maternity leave at the beginning of 2nd trimester, December 3rd, 2018. This is my 12th year of teaching and I have previously taught 8th grade math, 2nd grade, 4th grade, and I was a math specialist for grades 3-5. Math and science are my passion and I am thrilled I get to focus on teaching those two content areas. I went to the University of Minnesota, where I got my M.Ed. in Elementary Ed. and my middle school math license, as well. Go gophers!
When I am not busy planning engaging lessons for math, science, and life skills, I spend time with my husband, Tom, our two daughters, Isabel and Everly, and our newborn son, Marik. We live in Andover and my oldest daughter, Isabel, is attending first grade this year. Everly is in her last year of preschool and can't wait to be in school like her big sister. Marik completes our family and I will be spending my maternity leave with him for the first trimester. At home I love to garden, cook, and I love to run. I started the Girls on the Run program at Hamilton and am excited for our 3rd season this spring. If you are interested in your girl to be in GOTR or being a coach for our program, let me know!
Thank you for supporting your child's education! I am excited to work with your child and watch their growth. Together we can help your child achieve success! I believe in strong communication between myself and families, please do not hesitate to contact me for anything at all!
While I am out on leave, Ms. Moe is doing a fabulous job teaching your children. Please contact her with anything that you need first trimester. firstname.lastname@example.org
