Welcome to Ms. Reed's Classroom Wesite!
I am excited to join the Oak View Middle School family this 2018-2019 school year! This year will be my third year teaching in the Anoka-Hennepin School District. I graduated from Hamline University in May of 2015 with a degree in mathematics and a minor in education. I am coming from teaching at Blaine and Andover High School as a traveling teacher (very excited for middle school!).
When I am not at school doing math (or outside of school doing math), I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and our puppy, Winston, who just turned 1! We enjoy many of the parks in St. Paul and Minneapolis. Winston loves to swim in the falls at Minnehaha. We also enjoy grilling out on our patio... when it is nice enough outside. A few more random facts about Ms. Reed: Iced Coffee is my favorite thing to drink. I could look at pictures of cute animals all day. My favorite color is blue. The best video game ever is The Legend of Zelda. I think puns are the best form of humor (watch out, I think I'm hilarious). I like a good puzzle/challenge!
