Mr. Prokosch has been at Blaine High School since 2011 as a Physical Education Teacher, Head Wrestling Coach, Sophomore Football Coach, and Strength and Conditioning Coordinator. He graduated from Crown College December of 2009 with a K-12 Physical Education degree. Mr. Prokosch currently lives in Blaine with his wife Stephanie daughter Lallly and son Declan.
Teachers using a standards-based reporting system may use a gradebook that focuses on the most important standards/benchmarks (called “priority standards/benchmarks”). Rather than a list of assignments and points earned, student knowledge will be evaluated using a 4, 3.5, 3, 2.5, 2, 1.5, 1, .5, 0 proficiency scale that will allow parents, students, and others to determine exactly what the student knows.
