I have been teaching in the Anoka-Hennepin School District for 22 years.  The past 18 years have been at Northdale Middle School.  I am a native Coon Rapidian...I attended Hamilton Elementary, Northdale Junior High, and Coon Rapids High School.  After high school, I attended the University of Minnesota and received my Bachelor's degree in Physical Education.  I later enrolled at Augsburg College to complete the necessary course work to obtain my license to teach health.  My educational journey ended when I received my Master's Degree from St. Mary's University in 2000.   I am fortunate to teach both phy-ed and health classes.   In addition to teaching at Northdale, I also supervise Student Council and the Healthy Kids after school fitness program and have Coached Varsity Fastpitch Softball for 32 years...the last 26 having been spent at Coon Rapids High School.
