    Welcome to Ms. Besaw's Classroom Website!
     
    Hello,
     
    My name is Miranda Besaw, and I am thrilled to experience the 2019-2020 school year with your student! I teach 6th and 8th grade ELA at Northdale. This is my second full year teaching and first year in the Anoka-Hennepin district! In 2017 I graduated from the University St. Thomas with Bachelor degrees in English and Secondary Education. 
     
    I grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin but now fondly call the Twin Cities home. I enjoy making frequent trips home to visit my family and cheer on The Pack! When I am not in the classroom I enjoy traveling, reading books of all varieties, and spending time with my friends and beloved pets (an adorable cat and dog duo)! 
     
    In conclusion, I am thrilled to be a member of the Northdale community! This year I am eager to build genuine relationships and help each student reach their full potential.
