Changes to Affordable Care Act: 1095-C form
(01/22/25) Anoka-Hennepin is operating within the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, recently signed into law in December 2024, which eliminates the mandate for employers and health insurance providers to automatically distribute the 1095-C tax form to individuals covered under their health plans.

2024 W-2 and 1095-C Forms: Opt-Out for Electronic Delivery
(11/27/2024) Anoka-Hennepin employees currently have the ability to opt-out of printed versions of their W-2 and 1095-C tax forms to electronic delivery within Skyward. Staff members who do not complete the opt-out process within Skyward will receive a printed copy of their W-2 and 1095-C forms via mail.
