(01/09/23) Heidi Kouba has been selected to serve as interim principal Champlin-Brooklyn Park Academy (CBPA). The position became available when Matt Brain was named the interim director of employee services for Anoka-Hennepin Schools. 

Kouba currently serves as assistant principal at Rum River Elementary and also served as assistant principal at Eisenhower Elementary for four years and as an administrative intern at Lincoln Elementary School for the Arts for one year. Kouba is an experienced classroom teacher leading classrooms at Grades 1, 3, 4 and Kindergarten during her 13 years serving at Andover Elementary and McKinley Elementary. 

Her service at CBPA begins on Jan. 9, 2023.
