Student meals program expands to 36 locations

(03/27/2020) Starting on March 24, Anoka-Hennepin child nutrition began providing free grab-and-go meals for all children aged 18 and under at five sites District child nutrition staff deliver meals to students on March 24 at Andover Elementary School across the district. With the help of district child nutrition staff and First Student and Kottkes bus companies, the district served over 4,000 meals.


Meals will continue to be served during the extended school closure that was announced on March 25. Meals will be served from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.


Beginning, Monday, March 30, Anoka-Hennepin will be expanding services to 36 sites across the district. For an updated list of those sites, visit ahschools.us/COVID-19meals.
