(05/16/2024) Starting Sept. 1, 2024, Medica will be the provider for Anoka-Hennepin health insurance benefits. Open enrollment will run from May 28 through June 12.

• Open enrollment elections are entered into the Worklife electronic enrollment system.
  
  • Your username will be your Social Security number with no dashes (ex. 123456789).
  • Your password will be your eight-digit date of birth (ex. mmddyyyy).
• Due to the provider change to Medica, all benefit-eligible employees are required to log in to Worklife to make health insurance elections or to waive coverage.
• Make your flexible benefit health care and dependent care elections. 
• Print a confirmation page after you complete your new enrollment.
