(02/14/2025) Accessing the Learning Management System (LMS) through Rapid Identity is changing. Instead of using the LMS icon, staff will use the Employee Development & Evaluation (EDE) icon. 

Once logged in, staff can access the LMS or AHEP. In the LMS, they can find courses for professional development days and enter clock hours for submission.

An instruction sheet has been created to assist staff with entering clock hours. Please note that LMS 2.0 requires all fields to be completed, which helps ensure the submissions are approved quickly. 

Please follow the instructions carefully when submitting clock hours. If a submission is intended for specific licensure requirements, it may need to be reviewed by the Clock Hour Committee, which could take additional time. Licenses expiring within the current year will receive priority for approval.
