(02/11/2022) Diane L. Jones, a former Ramsey Elementary School nurse, has passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 61 years old.

Diane started working in the district in 2003 and spent time as a school nurse at Franklin Elementary School and Crooked Lake Elementary School before her current role at Ramsey Elementary. She also served as an early childhood screener for the district.

Diane and her husband, Thom, have three children, Ryan, Micah, and Katya. She was preceded in death by father, Donald Granger and survived by mother, Emma Granger, sister, Jeanne Ferro and brother, Duane Granger.

A funeral service was held Feb. 3, at Hope Lutheran Church in Minneapolis. Memorials to Mayo Clinic Oncology and Hope Lutheran Church.
