(11/03/2023) Nancy (Shore) Hicks, a former curriculum secretary, has passed away. She was 66 years old. 

Nancy started her professional career working in administration and NSP, and after some time, transitioned into administration in curriculum within St. Francis Schools, and Anoka-Hennepin, where she retired from.

Nancy was preceded in death by her father, David Shore. Survived by her mother Helen Shore of Coon Rapids, her daughter Sara Eppard (Alissa) of Detroit Lakes, her son Ben Garbacz (Jessica) of Stacy, and her three grandchildren whom she loved with all her heart, Landon, Olivia, and Lincoln.
