(02/17/2023) Evergreen Park Elementary - STEM School of Innovation students, staff and families came together on Feb. 1 to kick off "I Love to Read" month. The family night was a great success with almost 300 people attending the event. 

Students and families had the chance to participate in a variety of activities celebrating the love of reading. The night's events included: guest readers sharing brand new books for the school library, students completing a scavenger hunt for book characters, book character Bingo, a superhero photo booth, and a chance to pick out a new book for all students. The Scholastic Book Fair was another popular spot, and resources were shared with families through the K-3 parent educator, the EPIC parent group, and Hennepin County Library.
