(05/01/2023) Eisenhower Elementary School had seven students representing the school at a chess tournament at St. Louis Park Middle School on April 29. Out of 62 teams competing, the Eisenhower team took third place.

The students on the team were:

• Nate Kuechler
• Wyatt Olson
• Bianca Radigan
• Callan Salmi
• Knowles Schaeffer
• Summit Wiley

Individually, Wiley finished in second place in the 4th and 5th grade division. 

The tournament totaled more than 150 participants.
