Take the annual parent attitude and satisfaction survey
All schools in the Anoka-Hennepin School District will conduct the parent attitude and satisfaction survey (PASS) through June 15. A letter was mailed home to each family with instructions on completing the online survey. If you do not have access to a computer, you may request a paper copy by contacting your school office. Paper surveys are also available in English, Spanish, Arabic and Vietnamese.
Use the links below to access the survey. Parents/guardians should complete a survey for each school that they have children attending. If you have two children in the same school, you may base your information on your oldest student.
In addition, a random sample of parents/guardians of some middle school students will be surveyed by telephone. The telephone survey is brief, less than five minutes. All responses will be confidential.
This year, parents/guardians that take the online survey will also have the option to take a separate survey as part of the district’s work with creating equitable environments and opportunities for all learners. The link to the equity-related survey will be accessible upon submission of the PASS survey (should respondents choose to participate in it).
Survey results will be tallied for each school and for the district as a whole. Schools will use the results in school improvement planning.
