Lionel Messi is an Argentine-born football (soccer) player who has been named the world's best men's player of the year seven times.  In 2022 he helped Argentina win the World Cup.  He now plays for Miami International Football Club.

Don’t forget to show your school spirit tomorrow by wearing your Anoka gear!  It is Maroon out at the game if you plan to attend. Remember you must be with a parent/guardian and you must have a ticket bought on-line to be able to get through the gate.  Only Anoka students may attend Anoka activities and games and you need to be sitting in the stands.

Reminder to all 6th graders that you should be bringing an independent book to all classes. The expectation is that you have a book to read quietly in all your classes, when you finish an assignment, quiz, or test.
