Please remember that JMS does not allow electronic device use from 8:30 AM - 3:10 PM. That means cell phones, headphones, and earbuds should not be seen or heard. This applies to all areas of the school, including classrooms, hallways, bathrooms, locker rooms, and lunchrooms. Thank you for your cooperation in helping make JMS a place to focus on learning and positively interact with others.
Hey JMS family! We take pride in celebrating the differences that make up our JMS community. We will be celebrating Multicultural week October 2 through 6. It will end with our huge multicultural night celebration on Friday October 6. We are looking for some students to participate in our cultural fashion show or be a part of our cultural celebration performances. If you are interested in participating please email or talk to Mr. Perkins, Mrs. Farid, Ms. O or Mr. Cooper.
Attention 6th & 7th Graders! The Student Council is looking for 5 representatives from each grade level for the year. If you are interested in being a part of the student leadership team, please stop by M513 and talk with Ms. Moretter about getting an application.
Do you like to solve math problems and compete against others? If the answer is yes, then Math League is for you! Come check it out Friday morning. We will meet at 7:30 am in room J150 for our first practice. For more information, see Mrs. Eerdmans.
Calling all cheerleaders! It's time to come learn new team cheers, chants, stunts and more! In this course you will learn valuable skills that will be beneficial when participating in Performance Cheer this winter. No experience is necessary! Stop by the Community Education office for a flyer or to register today! Go Jaguars!
