Daily Announcements, Wednesday, April 24, Day 1
Good morning Jackson Middle School students and staff. Today is Wednesday, April 24, Day 1 on your schedule.
HAPPY EARTH WEEK EVERYONE!
Today's topic is water conservation! There are so many ways you can conserve water in your own home. Take shorter showers, turn off the faucet while you brush your teeth, and only run the washer with a full load. If you fix leaky faucets or add a low flow shower head it can help you cut down on some of the biggest household wastes of water.
Are you interested in helping save the earth? What about helping animals? Join the JMS combo service day where you can do both! Earth Day/Furry Friends Service Day is a day spent doing activities centered around reduce, reuse and recycle as well as creating toys for dogs, cats and birds among other activities aimed at supporting the furry friends in our midst. Stop by the Community Ed office for more information or register online today!
JMS Girls and Boys Track will meet outside on the track for attendance today. Please grab your belongings, be dressed and on the track by 3:25.
