In-Touch Message from the Principal, January 11, 2018
Good evening Jackson parents and guardians, this is Mr. Hagerty, your Principal from Jackson Middle School, with four messages for you.
Students were given their first grading report for Trimester 2 in advisory today. Please ask for that report and celebrate the amazing job your student is doing at our school.
Included in our January online communication is 2018/19 Yearbook ordering information, Northern Stars Ball celebration, Above and Beyond Award nominations, and Winter Parent-Teacher Conferences. We will continue to post all of the information we have typically sent home in grey envelopes on our website under “school news/announcements” and then on “flyers and handouts for parents/guardians.”
For 8th grade families, Champlin Park High School will be hosting a High School Registration Information Night on Tuesday, January 15, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the CPHS auditorium. Eighth grade students received their registration packets in class today.
The Annual Anoka-Hennepin District Science and STEM Fair is looking for project judges. The event is Saturday, January 26, from 8 a.m. until noon at the Anoka-Ramsey Community College. This fair includes all Advanced Science students from JMS. For information regarding volunteering to be a Judge, please check this website.
Thank you and have a great weekend.
Mr. Hagerty, Principal
