In-Touch Message from the Principal, February 1, 2019

Good evening parents and guardians, this is Mr. Hagerty, your Principal, from Jackson Middle School. I hope that this message finds you safe and well after this unusual week of cold Minnesota weather.  We were very glad to be back in school today.

Due to the cancellation of school and all school-related activities on Monday, January 28, including our scheduled Parent-Teacher Conference night, our teaching staff will be reaching out to you in the next week if you had a conference scheduled for that evening.  Due to the difficulty of finding an evening that will work for all parents and staff on such short notice, we will instead ask our teachers to contact each family that scheduled a conference that evening. Teachers will also contact any parent/guardian who has a child that is in need of extra help due to a grade that is less than proficient. Please continue to check AHConnect for the most up-to-date information on your child’s academic progress at our school

Next, our entire public is welcome to attend our 3rd Annual Jackson Middle School Got Talent Show on Friday, February 8, at 7 p.m. in our lower gym.

We will continue to post all of the information we have typically sent home in a grey envelope on our website under "news/announcements" and then finding "Flyers and Handouts for parents/guardians" or you can click here.

You are also invited to follow us on Twitter @JMSPrincipal.

Thank you and have a warm weekend.

Mr. Hagerty, Principal
