Message from the Principal, May 12, 2022
Hello from Jackson Middle School - this is Mr. Hagerty, your Principal. I have just a few updates for you this afternoon.
First a reminder that tomorrow, Friday, May 13, is our last asynchronous day of the school year. Students will once again engage in lessons at home, online, and independently. Lessons and assignments will be prepared in advance by their instructors and placed in your student’s Google Classroom by 8:30 a.m. Teachers will be available for students during normal school hours via email or Google Meet. Asynchronous days are school days and students are expected to engage in the lesson posted online by their teachers. Please notify our attendance office at 763-506-5206 if your child will not be able to participate in this school day.
And lastly to our 8th graders who are planning to attend their year-end-celebration at Valleyfair on June 8, the last day to sign up for this trip is approaching soon. Payments can be made online (parents must log in to their A-HConnect/ParentVUE account to pay online). Students attending the trip must ride the bus to and from Valleyfair and admission tickets/bus fares are not reimbursable.
Parents, please note that Valleyfair has moved to cashless payments throughout the park. There is a cash-to-card option at various kiosks when you enter the park. Make sure your child plans accordingly. If you have questions, contact your child’s advisory teacher.
Enjoy the nice weather we are finally having.
