(08/20/2025) High School marching bands from across the district will convene in the Coon Rapids High School stadium to compare notes and performances at the Anoka-Hennepin Marching Band Showcase.

• Tickets: $10 adults $5 students/seniors, cash only, available at the gate

The event seeks to foster a positive community and climate between marching bands at district schools while continuing to develop quality programs across Anoka-Hennepin Schools.  

Anoka-Hennepin’s music programs have earned the prestigious “Best Communities for Music Education” designation for eleven years in a row, one of nine Minnesota Districts to receive the honor last year. Anoka-Hennepin is one of a select number of districts in the state that offer Band, Choir and Orchestra for students in grades 6-12.
