School Board Election set for Tuesday, Nov 4

(10/30/2025) Anoka-Hennepin School District voters in three of the six election districts will elect School Board members to serve four-year terms on Tuesday, Nov 4. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at 20 polling locations along with opportunities to vote early by absentee ballot. 

Voters may select one candidate to represent their Election District. 

On the ballot:

  • District Three includes Champlin and the portions of Dayton within the district plus the northwest section of Coon Rapids. Candidates include incumbent Kacy Deschene and  Lorraine Coan. 

  • District Four includes the portions of Nowthen, Ham Lake and Oak Grove located within the district plus a large share of Andover and the northeastern section of Ramsey. Candidates include incumbent Matt Audette and Abbey Payeur. 

  • District Six includes northern Coon Rapids and southern Andover. Candidates include incumbent Jeff Simon and Tiffany Strabala.

The Anoka-Hennepin School District has six Election Districts. Voting will take place to elect a representative in Election District three, four and six. Voters can only vote for the candidate in their Election District.
