District to be represented by four student-athletes at 2019 Minnesota Football Showcase
(12/06/19) Four student-athletes from Anoka-Hennepin will represent their respective high schools at the 2019 Minnesota Football Showcase. The high school football all-star game will be held Saturday, Dec. 7 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
Cody Lindenberg of Anoka High School, Myles Taylor of Coon Rapids High School, Obi Evuleocha of Champlin Park High School and Jack Sharon of Andover High School will participate in the game, which was developed in partnership with the Minnesota Vikings and the Minnesota Football Coaches Association (MFCA).
The game will feature the North All-Stars vs. the South All-Stars and will be broadcast locally on KMSP FOX 9+ (channel 9.2).
The four seniors will participate in the all-star game at 1:05 p.m., a game that features the best high school players in the state, facing off in the 47th annual event. Prior to the game, fans can participate in a youth clinic, get autographs from Vikings legends and current players, see performances from high school marching bands, and cheer and dance teams, plus more.
