Participate in the annual parent attitude and satisfaction survey
(05/09/2019) The Anoka-Hennepin School District would like parents’/guardians’ opinions on the school(s) their child(ren) attend(s). To gather this information in the most cost-effective way, the district is administering a survey online. As always, all answers will remain confidential.
A letter with a login code was sent through U.S. mail May 10 to parents/guardians. Families that have not received a copy, can reach out to Jeanne Sorsen at 763-506-1116.
Parents/guardians should complete a survey for each school they have children enrolled, by Friday, June 14. If they have two children in the same school, they may base information on their oldest student. The district will use the survey results in school improvement planning.
Families that don’t have access to the internet, may request a paper copy of the survey by calling their child’s school. Paper copies are also available in Spanish, Arabic and Vietnamese. Paper copies must be completed and returned by June 14.
In addition, a random sample of parents/guardians of students at select elementary schools will be surveyed by telephone. The telephone survey is brief, generally taking between five and ten minutes. All phone responses, again, are confidential.
Thank you in advance to the participants. Parent/guardian input is valuable in helping the district improve its service to students and families.
