• Community partnerships

Strong partnerships are essential for the success of our students, staff, schools, and community. Anoka-Hennepin collaborates with community resources and services for students, families, and schools with businesses, agencies, service organizations, and other groups and provides services to the community through our volunteer efforts and community improvement projects. Thank you to all of our community partners for your support of our students and schools.

If you are interested in becoming a community partner, contact us at 763-433-4685 or info@ahschools.us to discuss how you can help.

  • Partnerships specific to Anoka-Hennepin Technical High School (formerly Crossroads West)

Technical High School is fortunate to be in several partnerships promoting student growth and development both in and out of the school building.
    • Third year of a partnership with the University of Minnesota implementing a College and Career Readiness curriculum across all grade levels creating portfolios for our graduates.
    • Third year of a partnership with our faith partners, Epiphany Catholic Church and Champlin United Methodist Church, providing school supplies, food shelf items and general affirmations and support for our student body both in the building and in the community.
    • Second year of a partnership in training staff and students to identify individual strengths through Strengths Finder Testing and retreats under the direction of Dr. Steve Gahaugen. This was made possible by a very generous grant from Anoka-Hennepin Educational Foundation providing Strengths Finder books for all students entering Crossroads the 2014-15 school year.
