    District Welcome Center hosts Multilingual Learner Family Night

    (09/04/2024) Anoka Hennepin's student services department recently hosted a Multilingual Learner Family Night at the Welcome Center to welcome families to the district. During the event on Aug. 13, district staff supported multilingual families navigating the school system and provided resources to help a successful transition and start the school year.

With each “win” that students achieve in their educational journey, staff in the district are all working together, preparing for that handshake they will receive at commencement, before a diploma is placed in their hands.
