Device Protection Plan available to students assigned Chromebooks
07/28/2022) Technology plays an important role in preparing students for life, and Chromebooks are utilized as a daily learning tool in Anoka-Hennepin middle and high school classrooms. Anoka-Hennepin students in grades 6-12 are assigned a Chromebook from the school district to ensure access to technology systems that support classroom learning.Â

Nine district educators named candidates for Minnesota Teacher of the Year
(01/26/2023) Candidates for the 2023 Minnesota Teacher of the Year award have been announced and Anoka-Hennepin has nine educators who were nominated. The nine Anoka-Hennepin teachers are among 131 candidates for the award statewide.

Mid-year leadership workshop creates opportunities for districtwide feedback, planning for 2023-24 school year
(01/20/23) Principals and administrators from across the district gathered for the annual mid-year leadership workshop on Wednesday, Jan. 18, to hear updates from interim superintendent Dr. Kate Maguire, and other members of the school district’s cabinet.Â

School Board meeting set for Monday, Jan. 23
(01/20/2023) The School Board will convene for its regularly scheduled meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 23, at the Sandburg Education Center, located at 1902 Second Ave. in Anoka. Watch the meeting live online, or on local cable television.Â
