• Welcome and thank you for using the Anoka-Hennepin webpage's.  My name is Mr. Bizal and I am the health ed. and phys. ed. teacher at Anoka-Hennepin Regional H.S.  I am in year eight of teaching.  I am a graduate of Anoka-Hennepin in 2002.  After high school I attended North Dakota State University where I earned my Bachelor of Science in health ed. and phys. ed. and was a 4 year letter winner for the NDSU football team. I earned my Masters of Education from Hamline in 2017.  My wife Amy and I have three children.
