When schools closed and events were canceled due to COVID-19, Anoka-Hennepin stepped up with an alternate recognition for this year’s Above & Beyond recipients.

Nearly 200 employees were nominated and 14 were recognized with the honor. Without the ability to have an in-person event, the district produced a podcast series. Listen to the podcast featuring Anoka-Hennepin Regional High School art teacher, Tracy Bengtson.
