    Below you will find documents that aren't already covered in the district document center and only apply to our school.

    For day school and night school students: If the student is a current Anoka-Hennepin student, they need to meet with their counselor (who will send the form).
     
    Day school: If the student is from out of the district, please fill out the referral and either email it to Holly Gill or fax it to 763-506-7403. 
     
    Night school: If the student's graduation year has passed, please fill out the referral and either email it to Rebecca Moorehead or fax it to 763-506-7403.
