      SUN Bucks program available for free/reduced-eligible students(06/04/2025) The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has announced the SUN Bucks program. This income-based food support program provides families $120 per eligible school-aged child to buy groceries when school is out for the summer.

      Superintendent Cory McIntyre visits STEP for roundtable discussion(02/16/2024) On Feb. 9, Anoka-Hennepin Superintendent Cory McIntyre facilitated a conversation with students at the Secondary Technical Education Program (STEP) for the fifth of several scheduled student roundtable discussions throughout the district.

      Bid now: Student-built luxury pet kennel up for auction(02/08/2024) Students in the Anoka-Hennepin work experience program have built a luxury pet kennel, which is now open for bidding. The sale of these student-built items covers the cost of materials and supports future hands-on learning opportunities.

      District to launch new employee recruitment website on Oct. 27(10/24/2025) Anoka-Hennepin Schools is excited to launch a new employee recruitment website on Monday, Oct. 27. The new recruitment site is a part of a larger website redesign project that includes new district and school websites, planned to debut in December 2025.

      Inspiration for future career goals sparked by “Made in the North Metro” exploration event(10/12/2025) Approximately 60 high school juniors and seniors from Anoka-Hennepin high schools were able to attend the "Made in the North Metro Career Fair,” coordinated by the Metro North Chamber of Commerce and the Anoka County Job Training Center on Wednesday, Oct. 8 at the National Sports Center in Blaine.
