Students give thanks and give back at Roosevelt Middle School
(11/23/2022) Every day before school at Roosevelt Middle School (RMS), students have the opportunity to stop by the media center to participate in a themed activity. Nov. 21 was Mindful Monday, as students conducted a service project to benefit the preschool students in the building.

Johnsville Elementary’s Lisa Humble named KS95 Teacher of the Week
(03/22/2023) Lisa Humble of Johnsville Elementary School, has been selected as a KS95 Teacher of the Week. She accepted the award in front of her fifth grade class March 7 from KS95 on-air talent “Hutch.”

Andover High School boys’ basketball team returns to Class AAAA state tournament
(03/20/2023) The Andover High School boys’ basketball team qualified for the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) Class AAAA state tournament and will open play on Tuesday, March 21, taking on top-seeded and defending state champion Park Center High School.

(03/15/2023) The Anoka-Hennepin School District will host an in-person hiring event for operational positions Wednesday, March 22 from 2-6 p.m. in the Erling Johnson Rooms A and B at the Educational Service Center (ESC), located at 2727 N Ferry St. in Anoka (enter Door 7).

(03/13/2023) The Andover High School boys’ hockey team made its fourth straight Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) Class AA state tournament appearance to close out the 2022-23 season.
