Freshmen and new-to-district student orientation day set for Tuesday, Sept. 5, first day of school
(08/02/2023) When school begins for the 2023-24 school year on Sept. 5, freshmen and new-to-district students at Anoka-Hennepin’s five traditional high schools will participate in a series of activities that aim to ease the transition to high school and build a foundation for academic success.

Anoka-Hennepin STEP automotive program named Exemplary Secondary Program of the Year
(06/29/2023) On June 23, the automotive program at Anoka-Hennepin Secondary Technical Education Program (STEP) was recognized as the 2023 Exemplary Secondary Program of the Year by the Minnesota State Transportation Center of Excellence (TCOE).

First Say it Again extended hours of the school year set for Oct. 4
(09/28/2024) Say it Again is an Anoka-Hennepin Schools program that sells home decor, furniture and gifts refurbished by special education students practicing on-the-job skills.

District to host hiring event for non-teaching positions Oct. 12 at Anoka High School
(09/15/2023) The Anoka-Hennepin School District will host an in-person hiring event for non-teaching positions Thursday, Oct. 12 from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at Anoka High School. The hiring event will take place in the main commons area of the school located at 3939 Seventh Ave. N in Anoka (Enter Door 1).

SRO: Information regarding the School Resource Officer program with area law enforcement partners
