• Oak View Partnership Team (OPT):

School, family and community working together to help students succeed.

    Current goals

    • Our goal is to build a partnership with our school, families and the community to increase involvement and improve student learning and development.
    • Support the Math Department, parents and students by increasing awareness of math resources. Click here to access the Math Resources page.
    • Promote literacy by supporting the One Book, One Community school-wide reading initiative.
    • Promote community involvement by planning and facilitating a clean up community service project.

We are recruiting members for our OPT

We are a member of the National Network of Partnership Schools (NNPS). Most of the projects we work on are long-term, therefore a volunteer that has time to commit long-term would be a perfect fit!  The team meets at least once per month; usually at 2:00pm-3:30pm. The meeting days are usually Tuesday, but vary depending on member schedules and projects being worked on.
